Improved draining solution for Thetford C-250 CWE cassette toilet

Thetford has received reports on a number of  occasions where the pump of the C250 CWE toilet has broken. In the majority of cases this has been due to frost damage. As a solution to this problem, and to ensure improved drainage of the flush water tank and the pump, Thetford has designed an additional drain tube. This situation only concerns toilets produced before 1st April  2010, however the new drain tube is suitable to retrofit to all installed C250 CWE toilets in the field. The retrofit is an easy 10 minute job which most users will find easy to do themselves. To receive a drain tube complete with fixing instructions free of charge, please e mail  C250draintube@thetford.eu and include your contact details, the serial number (or code) of your toilet (which is located on the bottom of your holding tank) and the chassis number, make & model of your vehicle.
