Thetford has been preaching and guaranteeing carefree holidays now for more than 40 years. We are the world market leader in mobile sanitary systems, refrigerators, cooking equipment and toilet additives for a good reason. Yet, we do not lean back and rest on our laurels. We are developing continuously, both through internal innovation and by take-overs. Internal expertise is our prime concern.

Quality, safety & the environment

 We develop toilet fluids and maintenance products in our own laboratories, and we operate in-house testing facilities for all other products that we market. We meet the strictest environmental requirements. After all, Thetford is the only brand in Europe with products that have conquered the Dutch Ecolabel (Aqua Rinse, Aqua Kem Green) and the German Ecolabel 'Der Blaue Engel' (Aqua Rinse, Aqua Kem Green, Aqua Kem Natural). Thetford has a pro-active Environment, Health and Safety policy. Our quality management system is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. These certifications form the basis of the quality standard we apply to all our products.

At Thetford, you can rely on the best advice and support. Our extensive service network consists of a large number of service centres that provide guidance and support at many locations. We also have a comprehensive online presence offering product information, service tools, points of sale and service centre information in many languages on our website.
